Size Guide - Rackets

How to choose your grip size
The most accurate method for choosing the correct grip size is to measure the distance between the tip of your ring finger and the center of your palm. This measurement corresponds to the appropriate grip size, defined by a diameter (see table).

If you are between two handle sizes, it is recommended to choose the smaller one. It is easier to add thickness to a handle using an overgrip, whereas the reverse is difficult to do.

In general :
- For men: sizes 2 or 3, or even 4 or 5.
- For women: sizes 1 or 2.
- For teenagers: sizes 1 or 2.
- For children under 11 years old: grip 0.

Description

The FIRE 300 White and Yellow 645cm² TECNIFIBRE Adult tennis racket has been designed to bring power and comfort thanks to a unique technology: the X-DAMP.

In the FIRE range, this is the racketthe most powerful,Designed for competitive players. Features a robust frame design, weighs 300g, and has an open 16x19 string pattern for maximum power. The best choice for hitting winners and dominating the point.

To generate power, all rackets are designed with a rigid frame; the goal is for the frame to remain stable upon impact for maximum energy transfer. However, this frame rigidity also generates more vibrations, which can be harmful to the arms. The unique Tecnifibre solution:X-Damp, the technology developed with theTecniLabto solve the problem of vibrations and provide maximum comfort.

How does it work?A steel piece is placed in an elastomer pocket at the handle to move in opposition to each ball impact. The result: 36% less harmful vibration for the arm and less fatigue.

Compared to the previous range, the new FIRE 300 Adult tennis racket is a significant performance upgrade!

Firstly, the ergonomics of the frame sections have been revised to be more square in shape and 5% thinner to provide more stability and control of power.

Next, the weight distribution was modified to align with modern tennis trends. The weight was redistributed from the extremities towards the center of the frame to reduce swingweight and facilitate racket head acceleration.

Maximum power and maneuverability make it the perfect racket that meets the demands of the modern tennis player!

To push performance even further, the shape of the handle has been refined. The aim is to improve feel for the edges to facilitate grip changes.

In the end, the TECNIFIBRE FIRE 300 White and Yellow 645cm² Adult tennis racket is the ideal product for modern tennis, powerful with unique comfort technology and ultra-maneuverable.

FAQ
How do I choose the right weight for my tennis racket?
Weight is an important factor in optimizing performance and comfort on the court.

Here are the criteria to consider:
- Skill level: Beginner or Intermediate/Advanced
- Physical condition
- Playing style

Choose a lightweight racket (less than 280g) if you’re looking for a maneuverable racket that allows for a fast, volley-oriented game. They’re also a good option for players with arm injuries.

Choose a heavier racket (over 300g) if you have a muscular build and are looking for power for a baseline game.

You can also opt for intermediate weights (290–300g) for a versatile game.
What grip size should I choose for my racquet?
Choosing the right grip size is essential for preventing injuries and improving control.

It’s better to choose a grip that’s too small, since you can always add an overgrip (+0.5 to +1 size) to adjust the size.

The most accurate way to choose a grip size is to measure the distance from the tip of your ring finger to the center of your palm. The measurement you get corresponds to the appropriate grip size, which is defined by its diameter.

The conversion chart is available in our Size Guide, located to the right of the grip size selector on the racket’s product page.
