Our vision

At Tecnifibre, we are committed to contributing, on our scale, to today's societal challenges .

Deploying our Corporate Social Responsibility approach is an opportunity for us to reinvent ourselves, to rethink our way of working and to innovate meaningfully.

It is with great humility but also real determination that we embark on this path.

OUR OBJECTIVES

Our ambitious decarbonization plan by 2030 is to:

Reduce direct emissions from our activities by 42% in absolute value (scopes 1 & 2) versus 2023
Reduce emissions upstream and downstream of our activities by 51% per unit of gross margin (scope 3) versus 2023

Our objectives were officially validated in 2025 by the SBTi (Science Based Targets initiative) , an international body that validates the alignment of companies' Greenhouse Gas reduction targets with the scientific recommendations made during the Paris Agreements (COP 21, 2015).

Our action is based on 3 pillars:

1/ Our commitments

We are aware of our impact and are determined to take the necessary measures.

Examples:

We calculate our carbon footprint every year to track and reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. Download our 2025 carbon footprint report.
With the support of our CEO, we deployed for twelve months the " Accelerate Low Carbon Transition " approach proposed by ADEME and in collaboration with the firm Carbon Cutter, in order to work on the robustness and implementation of our action plan.

2/ Our products

We are working to minimize the environmental footprint of our products without compromising on their performance and elegance.

Examples:

Since 2023, our suppliers of racquets, balls, apparel, and luggage have had up-to-date social audits.
In 2024, we sold 9500 X-loop t-shirts , the first 100% recycled technical t-shirt, made from used polyester strings.
In 2025, 50% of our textile products include recycled polyester or GOTS-certified organic cotton.
In 2025, we offer the Reform bags line, designed to deliver 100% performance while reducing its carbon footprint by 20.8% (Reform L vs. Tour Endurance 12R).
In 2026, we’re launching the Second Choice platform. There, you’ll find second-choice racquets and textile pieces waiting for you!

3/ Our players

We are doing our best to involve our entire ecosystem in our approach.

Examples:

100% of Tecnifibre employees working at headquarters participated in the 2 Tonnes workshop .
In 2025, more than 4,500 kg of end-of-life strings were collected through our partner stores via the association Mahra le Toit.
Since 2025, we have been supporting the Rebond association, which works to prevent violence against minors in sports. If you are a club and would like to get involved in this cause, we strongly encourage you to join the Rebond label.
Since 2024, we have donated tennis and squash rackets to several organizations (Sport dans la ville, Apprentis d’Auteuil, Etendart, Academia dos Champs, Gol de Letra, Squash Dreamers, Squash Urbano, Start Foundation, Access Youth Academy, etc.)
