Changed your mind, or is your item defective? Either way, register your return on our online platform: the return label is free.

You changed your mind: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order.
Your item is defective or does not match your order: you are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for two years. See the Defective or non-conforming item section.

Withdraw from my purchase or return an item

Exercising your right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal allows you to cancel all or part of your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days of receiving your order.

Register your return. Click “Withdraw from my purchase or return an item,” find your order, select the items you want to return, and confirm your withdrawal. You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt by email.
Print your free return label. It is provided at the end of your return request.
Prepare your package. Place the items in packaging suitable for shipping, together with their original packaging, accessories, instructions, and the original invoice. Stick the return label on the package.
Drop off your package with the carrier indicated on the label, no later than 14 days after registering your return.
Receive your refund. Once we have received and checked your items, we will refund you within 14 days, using the payment method used for your order.

If the 14-day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next business day.

You can also notify us of your decision to withdraw by using the withdrawal form in the appendix to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, or by any other means clearly expressing your decision.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned:

in their original condition, with the label attached to the product;
without having been used, damaged, stained, washed, modified, or worn (except for trying them on);
with their original packaging, all accessories and instructions, and the original invoice.

Items excluded from the right of withdrawal

Products made to order and personalized according to your specifications.
Underwear, for hygiene reasons.
Products purchased in a store, on another website, or from another retailer: these must be returned to where they were purchased.

Your refund

If you return all the items in your order, we will refund your entire order: the price of the items and, where applicable, the shipping costs at the standard delivery rate (even if you chose express delivery).
If you return only some of the items, we will refund the price of the returned items.

Refunds are made to the payment method used for your order, no later than 14 days after we receive the returned items.

Defective or non-conforming item

If an item is defective or does not match its description or your order, this is not a withdrawal: you are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery. Register your return on our platform, stating that the item is defective or non-conforming, or contact our Customer Service team using our contact form. The return label is free: we cover the return costs and offer you a replacement or, if none is available, a refund or a price reduction.
