The Tecnifibre brand is committed to taking action to reduce the carbon footprint of its activities. The REFORM range of bags is the first product initiative in the luggage sector to work towards this goal.
The initial observation was that bags emit a lot of greenhouse gases, particularly because they use a lot of textiles, which consume a lot of energy.
The REFORM range of bags transforms product design by replacing PVC-coated polyester with EVA:
- This new material inherently has less environmental impact;
- The material transformation process also has less impact, reducing the number of production stages from 5 to 2;
- The number of layers of fabric is reduced: from 3 to just 1.

The sides of the bag are thermoformed EVA shells to protect the frames from impact, and the combination of EVA + Tarpaulin is water-resistant.
It features 2 large racket pockets that can each hold 4 frames, 1 main central compartment, 1 shoe pocket and 1 accessories pocket. A place for everything and everything has its place.
Its ergonomic backpack carry system is ultra-comfortable and breathable thanks to a combination of soft EVA and single mesh.

1. Carbon footprint: the greenhouse gases emitted during a product’s life cycle (from the extraction of raw materials to the end of the product’s service life).
2. Based on an ISO-compliant comparative life cycle assessment (LCA) of the REFORM L versus the TOUR ENDURANCE 12R carried out by Tweener in 2025. The LCA was peer-reviewed in accordance with ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 standards for the public disclosure of results by the third-party organisation EVEA.
3. In France, the REFORM L has a carbon footprint of 12.47 kg CO2 eq. compared with 15.74 kg CO2 eq. for the TOUR ENDURANCE 12R.
