DELIVERY
We offer two delivery options: home delivery and pickup at a pickup point. You can select a pickup point after your payment has been processed. List of pickup points.
Orders are prepared in France at our logistics center within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Packages are then handed over to the carrier for shipment. You will receive an email or text message from the carrier confirming that your package has been picked up and shipped.
Delivery times depend on the selected delivery method and destination:
3 to 5 days in France,
5 to 7 days in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Spain, and Portugal.
For deliveries to pickup points, an email or text message will be sent to you as soon as your package arrives at the pickup point of your choice.
Starting from the delivery date, you may pick up the package within fifteen days upon presentation of a valid ID. After this period, unclaimed packages will be returned to us.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for mainland France and Corsica are:
- Home delivery: €6.99
- Pickup at a pickup point: €4.99
Shipping is free for orders over €75.
Shipping costs for the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Spain, and Portugal are:
- Home delivery: €6.99

QUESTIONS ABOUT DELIVERY?
If you haven't received your order by the expected delivery date, please check to see if you've received an email or text message from our carrier, DPD, indicating a delivery date. If not, please contact our Customer Service team with your contact information (name and shipping address). We will do our best to assist you.
All delivery times may be subject to delays due to seasonal or peak periods, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, but we will do everything possible to ship your order within the specified timeframes.
During these exceptional periods of high demand (e.g., Black Friday, sales, Christmas) or particularly adverse weather conditions, we would appreciate it if you could wait an additional day before contacting us.
RECEIPT OF YOUR PACKAGE
We would like to remind you to check the overall condition of your package upon receipt.
If there is a problem—such as an open package, an empty package, or damaged contents—please refuse the package and contact our Customer Service to report the issue and the reason for the refusal. Email: contact@tecnifibre.com
