Description

The MULTIFEEL string gives you firm comfort and control

Available in: Beige/Black.

Made of a blend of polyamide filaments and monofilaments

1 large-gauge polyamide-based central monofilament to limit elasticity and therefore provide more control.

Several hundred polyamide filaments for maximum feel

Recommended tension between 22 and 25 kg. Maximum tension: 32 kg

Designed for intermediate players looking for comfort, with a firm feel that provides more control

Multifilament manufacturing technology is based on 3 key points:

The quality of the fibers, selected according to the desired benefits.
Specially developed to match the firmness of large-gauge monofilaments, Tecnifibre's High Density polyurethane (PU HD) offers 100% elasticity. It provides extra firmness for players who want to hit hard and control their trajectories.
The string finish with a slippery agent (SPL) optimizes the string's automatic return after ball impact (snapback) to promote spin

TECNIFIBRE is the leading string brand and the inventor of the multifilament core-impregnated with liquid polyurethane. Designed, developed and produced in France, the TECNIFIBRE Multifilament is renowned and appreciated for its comfort, its power and its strong ability to retain its qualities over time.

Our string factory, based in Wervicq-Sud (Northern France) for 175 years, is the largest multifilament production plant. All the production machines have been created and improved over the past 40 years, since Tecnifibre produced the 1st multifilament on the market.

Tecnifibre's mission is to unleash the potential of every player with products that combine high performance and unique elegance, all developed in the TECNILAB laboratory following one logic: Identify, Quantify, Solve.

FAQ

What kind of string should I choose for my tennis racquet?

Choosing the right string is almost as important as choosing the right racquet. It affects power, control, comfort, and spin.

Here’s how to choose:
Monofilament strings provide more control. They’re more durable and are chosen by players who frequently break their strings. They’re ideal for powerful players.

Multifilament strings, which are more elastic, provide power. Their flexibility is also known for its ability to absorb shock and thus prevent muscle soreness. This type of string is ideal for protecting young players from injury. It’s also well-suited for adult recreational or intermediate players.

What is the difference between monofilament and multifilament strings?

Monofilament strings provide more control. Because they are more durable, they are chosen by players who frequently break their strings.

Multifilament strings, which are more elastic, provide more power. Their flexibility is also known for its ability to absorb shock and thus prevent muscle soreness.

How do I choose the right gauge for my racquet string?

A thinner gauge makes the string more responsive, and the shot feels crisper.
A thicker gauge provides greater strength and, therefore, greater durability for your strings.
If you break your strings often, a thicker gauge is recommended.
