How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from our carrier containing a tracking number and a link to the tracking page.
Click on this link to see the progress of your delivery in real time.
Where can I find my tracking number?
In the email titled “Your order has been shipped”
Or in your customer area, accessible at the top of our site:
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Orders
- Click on the relevant order to see details and tracking
Delivery times
- Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 working days
- Europe: 5 to 7 working days
Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier.
Problems with tracking?
If the tracking link does not work or seems blocked, wait 24 hours: the carrier sometimes takes time to update the data.
