In the email titled “Your order has been shipped”

  • Go to My Orders
  • Click on the relevant order to see details and tracking

Delivery times

  • Metropolitan France: 3 to 5 working days
  • Europe: 5 to 7 working days

Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier.

Problems with tracking?

If the tracking link does not work or seems blocked, wait 24 hours: the carrier sometimes takes time to update the data.
