Size Guide - Racquets

How to choose your grip size
The most accurate way to choose your grip size is to measure the distance between the tip of your ring finger and the center of your palm. The measurement corresponds to the right grip size, defined by a diameter (see table).

If you are between two handle sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller one. It is easier to add thickness to a handle with an overgrip, whereas the reverse is hardly possible.

In general:
- Men: sizes 2 or 3, or even 4 or 5.
- Women: sizes 1 or 2.
- Teenagers: sizes 1 or 2.
- Children under 11: grip 0.

Beschreibung

The Tempo 255 tennis racquet was designed specifically for female players. Ideal for young players as their first adult racquet, it offers maximum lightness without compromising power. The lightest in the range (255 g), it's incredibly easy to handle. The racquet's length has been optimized for easier racquet head acceleration, promoting speed and spin. The new frame ergonomics, with reinforced sections, a 645 cm² head size, and a 16x19 string pattern, provide maximum power. ISOFLEX technology, a new design of progressive sections that are stiffer on the shorter strings and more flexible on the longer strings for maximum string pattern flexibility, helps maintain speed and precision on off-center hits. The Superlight Cap, a thin bumper integrated into the frame, lightens the racquet head for improved maneuverability.

FAQ
How do I choose the right weight for my tennis racquet?
Weight is an important factor in optimizing performance and comfort on the court.

Here are the criteria to consider:
- Skill level: Beginner or Intermediate/Advanced
- Physical condition
- Playing style

Choose a lightweight racquet (less than 280 g) if you’re looking for a maneuverable racquet that allows for a fast, volley-oriented game. They’re also a good option for players with arm injuries.

Choose a heavier racquet (over 300 g) if you have a muscular build and are looking for power for a baseline game.

You can also opt for intermediate weights (290–300 g) for a versatile game.
What grip size should I choose for my racquet?
Choosing the right grip size is essential for preventing injuries and improving control.

It’s better to choose a grip that’s too small, since you can always add an overgrip (+0.5 to +1 size) to adjust the size.

The most accurate way to choose a grip size is to measure the distance from the tip of your ring finger to the center of your palm. The measurement you get corresponds to the appropriate grip size, which is defined by its diameter.

The conversion chart is available in our Size Guide, located to the right of the grip size selector on the racquet’s product page.
