Size Guide - Rackets

How to choose your grip size
The most accurate method for choosing the correct grip size is to measure the distance between the tip of your ring finger and the center of your palm. This measurement corresponds to the appropriate grip size, defined by a diameter (see table).

If you are between two handle sizes, it is recommended to choose the smaller one. It is easier to add thickness to a handle using an overgrip, whereas the reverse is difficult to do.

In general :
- For men: sizes 2 or 3, or even 4 or 5.
- For women: sizes 1 or 2.
- For teenagers: sizes 1 or 2.
- For children under 11 years old: grip 0.

Description

The T-FIGHT 270 645cm² TECNIFIBRE Adult tennis racket has been designed to provide the perfect balance between power and control.

In the T-FIGHT range, this is the best compromise of lightness and power for young competitors.

Weighing only 270g, this very lightweight racket offers maximum maneuverability, combined with a 645cm² head size and a 16x19 string pattern to maximize power and spin.

The T-FIGHT 270 645cm² TECNIFIBRE racquet has been improved to suit the modern game. It features the unique "RS Section" frame ergonomics, a fusion of traditional "square" and "round" cross-sections for the ideal balance of power and control. The frame gains maneuverability with a more central weight distribution to free up racquet head acceleration. It also incorporates Isoflex technology, a progressive stiffness system around the entire head for a larger sweet spot and increased forgiveness and stability at impact.

The T-FIGHT range is played on the Tour by top players Daniil Medvedev and Iga Swiatek, as well as the majority of Team Tecnifibre, including Tallon Griekspoor. Many players with diverse playing styles use T-FIGHT, demonstrating the product's versatility.

The Tecnifibre brand's mission is to unlock the potential of every player by offering products that combine high performance and unique elegance, all developed through the TECNILAB laboratory using the logic: Identify, Quantify, Solve.

The game of tennis on the Tour and in clubs is getting faster and faster. The average speed of first serves on the Tour has increased from 168 km/h at the beginning of 2000 to 190 km/h in 2020, and the number of aces has also increased considerably.

To cope with this evolution, the rackets of professional players have also evolved in parallel. We measured these changes by analyzing the rackets of active professional players, generation by generation.

And the results are very significant.

Firstly, the weight of the rackets is getting lower: Next Gen players use frames that are, on average, 18g lighter than older players.

Also, the swingweights are getting lower and lower, with a difference of 20 points between these 2 generations.

In summary, the game is moving towards increasingly maneuverable rackets because players have less time to react and need to accelerate their rackets more quickly, in order to generate power.

That's why swing speed is key in modern tennis!

For this reason, we designed the new T-Fight with a crucial challenge: to create a more maneuverable racket while retaining its distinctive signature, the perfect balance between power and control.

On the one hand, the weight has been redistributed to reduce the swingweight and facilitate the acceleration of the racquet head.

On the other hand, the ergonomics of the frame with the RS section have been reinforced to increase the power level.

After this deep work on the racket, the new T-FIGHT 270 645cm² TECNIFIBRE is more powerful and maneuverable than ever, becoming the ultimate racket for the modern tennis player.

T-FIGHT THE ULTIMATE RACKET

Tennis is constantly accelerating. To adapt, the new generation of players uses lighter, more maneuverable rackets. These allow for increased swing speed and help them be more reactive. The T-Fight was designed to provide the ideal balance between power and control.

Redistribution of the frame's weight

The weight distribution of the T-Fight has been modified to improve its handling and facilitate acceleration.

This redistribution increases swing speed without altering the balance.

Sieve size of 630 cm²

The T-Fight 300S, 305S and 315S models are available with a sieve size of 630 cm², for greater stability and precision.

The range is designed to ensure a perfect balance between control and power in every racket, regardless of its weight.

Available from March 2025, the T-Fight 255, 270, 285 and 300 models will have a 645 cm² head size, offering more power and forgiveness on off-center shots.

16x19 and 18x19 string patterns

T-Fight racquets are offered with a standard 16x19 string pattern for optimal power and spin.

The T-Fight 305 is the only racquet in the range to feature an 18x19 string pattern, for an extra touch of control.

A new version of RS Section technology

The revised RS Section technology delivers more power by increasing frame stiffness, with a 4% wider zone. This maintains a perfect balance between power and control, while optimizing power delivery.

Isoflex technology

Isoflex technology offers progressive stiffness all around the frame and associated with each string, allowing for uniformity of the face as well as increased tolerance and stability on impact.

EZLock

EZLock eyelets make knot tying easier and help maintain string tension, ensuring more reliable performance.

FAQ
How do I choose the right weight for my tennis racket?
Weight is an important factor in optimizing performance and comfort on the court.

Here are the criteria to consider:
- Skill level: Beginner or Intermediate/Advanced
- Physical condition
- Playing style

Choose a lightweight racket (less than 280g) if you’re looking for a maneuverable racket that allows for a fast, volley-oriented game. They’re also a good option for players with arm injuries.

Choose a heavier racket (over 300g) if you have a muscular build and are looking for power for a baseline game.

You can also opt for intermediate weights (290–300g) for a versatile game.
What grip size should I choose for my racquet?
Choosing the right grip size is essential for preventing injuries and improving control.

It’s better to choose a grip that’s too small, since you can always add an overgrip (+0.5 to +1 size) to adjust the size.

The most accurate way to choose a grip size is to measure the distance from the tip of your ring finger to the center of your palm. The measurement you get corresponds to the appropriate grip size, which is defined by its diameter.

The conversion chart is available in our Size Guide, located to the right of the grip size selector on the racket’s product page.
How long is the warranty on the rackets?
Our rackets come with a 2-year warranty. However, this warranty does not apply in cases of improper use.
