How to choose your grip size
The most accurate method for choosing the correct grip size is to measure the distance between the tip of your ring finger and the center of your palm. This measurement corresponds to the appropriate grip size, defined by a diameter (see table).

If you are between two handle sizes, it is recommended to choose the smaller one. It is easier to add thickness to a handle using an overgrip, whereas the reverse is difficult to do.

In general :
- For men: sizes 2 or 3, or even 4 or 5.
- For women: sizes 1 or 2.
- For teenagers: sizes 1 or 2.
- For children under 11 years old: grip 0.

Description

The TEMPO 255 645cm² TECNIFIBRE adult tennis racket was designed to provide power and speed specifically for women. It is perfectly suited as a first adult racket or for regular players. It is the lightest in the TEMPO range.

Enhanced maneuverability thanks to "X-SHORT" technology, optimized length for less bulk and easier acceleration of the racket head.

The frame's ergonomics feature reinforced sections, a 645cm² head size, and a 16x19 string pattern. These features maximize power. The TEMPO 255 645cm² TECNIFIBRE adult tennis racket is extremely lightweight at 255g and also features ISOFLEX technology, a new frame design with progressive sections (stiffer on the shorter strings and more flexible on the longer strings) for an increased sweet spot. We've refined the bumper (racket protection) with "Superlight Cap" technology, allowing it to be integrated into the frame and slimmed down. This lightens the racket head for improved maneuverability.

Iga Swiatek, as a top female athlete and icon, believes she has a significant responsibility in developing women's tennis. How do I choose the right weight for my tennis racket?

Weight is an important factor in optimizing performance and comfort on the court.

Here are the criteria to consider:
- Skill level: Beginner or Intermediate/Advanced
- Physical condition
- Playing style

Choose a lightweight racket (less than 280g) if you’re looking for a maneuverable racket that allows for a fast, volley-oriented game. They’re also a good option for players with arm injuries.

Choose a heavier racket (over 300g) if you have a muscular build and are looking for power for a baseline game.

You can also opt for intermediate weights (290–300g) for a versatile game.

What grip size should I choose for my racquet?

Choosing the right grip size is essential for preventing injuries and improving control.

It’s better to choose a grip that’s too small, since you can always add an overgrip (+0.5 to +1 size) to adjust the size.
