The XR-3 string is a special multifilament in the range: its construction with 3 larger-gauge monofilaments provides a "crispy" feel, in addition to comfort, durability and power. This product is the best seller by volume in Japan.
What makes this range special is its wear indicator, which lets players change their strings before they break completely.
The indicator appears as significant fraying of the string where the ball hits.

Main material: polyamide, polyurethane, silicone finish – recommended tension between 22 and 25 kg – maximum tension: 32 kg – not recommended for heavy string breakers (< 10 hours of play)
