Size Guide - Racquets

How to choose your grip size
The most accurate way to choose your grip size is to measure the distance between the tip of your ring finger and the center of your palm. The measurement corresponds to the right grip size, defined by a diameter (see table).

If you are between two handle sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller one. It is easier to add thickness to a handle with an overgrip, whereas the reverse is hardly possible.

In general:
- Men: sizes 2 or 3, or even 4 or 5.
- Women: sizes 1 or 2.
- Teenagers: sizes 1 or 2.
- Children under 11: grip 0.

Description

The T-FIGHT range is played on the Tour by top players Daniil Medvedev and Iga Swiatek as well as most of Team Tecnifibre, including Tallon Griekspoor, Danielle Collins and Christopher Eubanks. Players with very different game styles who prove the versatility of the T-FIGHT.

Developed with the TECNILAB methodology – identify, quantify, solve – this racquet embodies 45 years of Tecnifibre expertise serving your potential. Modern tennis demands greater responsiveness. When every millisecond counts and the average serve speed has jumped from 168 to 190 km/h in twenty years, the ergonomics of your racquet can make a big difference.

We analyzed the racquets of active pro players, generation by generation, with the TECNILAB. The game is getting faster and racquets are getting lighter: Next Gen players use frames that are, on average, 18 g lighter than older players. Swingweights* are also getting lower, with a difference of 20 points between these 2 generations.

The T-FIGHT is designed around these insights: the need to increase swing speed to generate power and the need for a more maneuverable racquet for even faster reaction time.

The weight across the range has been redistributed to make it easier to accelerate the racquet head. The frame ergonomics are reinforced with the RS section, which increases power. The result: an even more maneuverable T-FIGHT that keeps its signature feature: the perfect balance of power and control.

The RS Section innovation perfectly illustrates the Tecnifibre philosophy: combining traditional square and round sections to create a frame that maximizes power and control. Every shot becomes an attacking opportunity thanks to this ergonomic design, combined with a 645 cm² head size and a 16x19 string pattern.

ISOFLEX technology completes the package with progressive stiffness around the head.

The result: a larger sweet spot* that forgives off-center shots while preserving precise, controlled strokes.

After this in-depth work on the racquet, the new T-FIGHT 305S 630 cm² TECNIFIBRE is more powerful and maneuverable than ever, becoming the ultimate racquet for the modern tennis player.

* Swingweight is a value expressed in "points" that measures the weight of the racquet in motion.
* The sweet spot is the optimal hitting zone.

Technologies

RS SECTION: a unique frame design. The fusion of traditional "square" and "round" sections for the ideal compromise between power and control.

ISOFLEX: progressive stiffness all around the frame, matched to each string, to' make the string bed more uniform and increase forgiveness and stability at' impact. With this technology, players keep the same power and precision in their game, on both centered and off-center shots.

T-FIGHT THE ULTIMATE RACQUET

Tennis is constantly accelerating. To adapt, the new generation of players uses lighter, more maneuverable racquets. These allow for increased swing speed and help them be more reactive. The T-Fight was designed to provide the ideal balance between power and control.

Redistribution of the frame's weight

The weight distribution of the T-Fight has been modified to improve its handling and facilitate acceleration.

This redistribution increases swing speed without altering the balance.

630 cm² head size

The T-Fight 300S, 305S and 315S models are available with a 630 cm² head size for more stability and precision.

The range is designed to ensure a perfect balance of control and power in every racquet, whatever its weight.

The T-Fight 255, 270, 285 and 300 models feature a 645 cm² head size, offering more power and forgiveness on off-center shots.

16x19 and 18x19 string patterns

T-Fight racquets come with a standard 16x19 string pattern for optimal power and spin.

The T-Fight 305 is the only racquet in the range with an 18x19 string pattern, for an extra touch of control.

A new version of RS Section technology

The revised RS Section technology delivers more power by increasing frame stiffness, with a 4% wider zone. This maintains a perfect balance between power and control, while optimizing power delivery.

ISOFLEX technology

ISOFLEX technology offers progressive stiffness all around the frame and associated with each string, allowing for uniformity of the face as well as increased tolerance and stability on impact.

EZLock

EZLock eyelets make knot tying easier and help maintain string tension, ensuring more reliable performance.

FAQ
How do I choose the right weight for my tennis racquet?
Weight is an important factor in optimizing performance and comfort on the court.

Here are the criteria to consider:
- Skill level: Beginner or Intermediate/Advanced
- Physical condition
- Playing style

Choose a lightweight racquet (less than 280 g) if you’re looking for a maneuverable racquet that allows for a fast, volley-oriented game. They’re also a good option for players with arm injuries.

Choose a heavier racquet (over 300 g) if you have a muscular build and are looking for power for a baseline game.

You can also opt for intermediate weights (290–300 g) for a versatile game.
What grip size should I choose for my racquet?
Choosing the right grip size is essential for preventing injuries and improving control.

It’s better to choose a grip that’s too small, since you can always add an overgrip (+0.5 to +1 size) to adjust the size.

The most accurate way to choose a grip size is to measure the distance from the tip of your ring finger to the center of your palm. The measurement you get corresponds to the appropriate grip size, which is defined by its diameter.

The conversion chart is available in our Size Guide, located to the right of the grip size selector on the racquet’s product page.
How long is the warranty on the racquets?
Our racquets come with a 2-year warranty. However, this warranty does not apply in cases of improper use.
