You purchased an item on tecnifibre.com website

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, you may return the item, or your entire order, within 14 days after receiving your order.

Please upload and fill our RETURN SHEET. You can use your own paper sheet to indicate plain unheaded paper. 

Your refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the return, provided that the products are returned in their original packaging with the tags attached. 

5 steps to follow:

1/Specify the information relating to your order:

Date of receipt of the order
Order number indicated on your delivery note
Your Name
Your address

2/Specify the returned items: product reference, product name, quantity, return reason.

3/Put this document in your parcel with the item in its original packaging and in perfect condition (with the label attached to the product, unopened, unworn and unused), according to our general terms and conditions.

4/Send your return by post to: Tecnifibre S.A., Service client E-Commerce, Route Départementale 307, 78810 Feucherolles, France.

5/Keep your proof of postage/tracking number until I am refunded, within 14 days after receiving your compliant return.

Tecnifibre items purchased in stores or on websites other than tecnifibre.com must be returned to the store or website where they were purchased. In the event of a complaint or query regarding the product, it is necessary to contact them directly.
